Last week I had a taste of Zu/Lee's trifle ice cream. I thought that it might be worthwhile for me to give it a try....
Trifle Ice Cream...so this afternoon I managed to persuade hubby to get me the ingredients for my trifles....
Before leaving for work at KASP, I did a quick trifles and left it in my fridge for me to devour this evening...hubby commented..."macam mana nak kurus ni...??"
Dah lama betul aku puasa ni....so diet or no diet...i'm going to have this sinful dessert tonight....
This trifle recipe is very simple....
The base is sponge cake...and I layered it with ice cream, whipped cream and custard pudding.
Next I topped it with the fresh berries from Pak & Save, and finally I continued with another layer of cake, cream, & berries....
Yummm
