Third Day of my diet program...

Bfast: In a hurry so, I just had a half cup of shake. As soon as I reached the office, I had some grilled vegetable (leftover from yesterday's dinner)

Supper: Chocolate shake with kiwi fruit & canned pear

Lunch: Strawberry shake with kiei fruit & half a banana

Tea: A cup of coffee with 3 crackers

Dinner: 3 spoonfuls of rice with grilled chicken wings, sambal ikan bilis & fried tofu with bean sprouts topped with sambal rojak
