Day One of my Diet regime
I am (80kg) today....
Breakfast: Sculpt shake (Swiss chocolate shake + apple + skim milk)
10am: Herbalife tea mix
Lunch: Sculpt shake + orange + Herbalife tea mix
Snack: Banana chips
Dinner: A cup of rice, beef rendang & vegetable soup
Supper: Guarana coffee & banana chips
Exercise: Walk
